Cancelation & Payment Policy

Important:

if the previous pedicure was performed by a different technician, the polish removal is a required addition to another service of your choice and is subject to an extra $25 charge!!!

We value your time and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 1 day before, or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

To ensure the smooth operation of our studio and fairness to both our clients and our staff, we have implemented the following cancellation and payment policy:

• We ask that you please reschedule your appointment at least one day before scheduled time. However, if you decided to reschedule in less than 24 HOURS, please CONTACT US DIRECTLY and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment to a convenient for you date and time.

• If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time through the Square Appointments, you will be subject to a fee charge of 100% of the service charge. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notices at least 24 HOURS prior to your appointment.

• When making your appointment, you will be asked to enter your card details for our no-show protection, and we may charge a cancellation fee within 14 days after the scheduled appointment. Your card information will not be visible, and the provided information is confidential. Funds will only be withdrawn if the client does not attend the appointment, cancels the appointment, reschedules on the same day as the appointment, or fails to provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours in advance.

  Recommended age for applying

  The recommended age for applying gel polish or gel on nails usually starts at 16 years old. However, this may vary depending on the condition of the nails and skin. For teenagers under 16, it’s important to consider individual factors such as nail strength and skin sensitivity. Nails should be healthy, without bruises, open wounds, or cuts. It is strongly advised to consult with and be accompanied by parents or guardians, and it's also essential to have a consultation with the nail technician.

  I recommend starting to apply gel and gel polish from 18 years old to avoid potential damage to the nail plate at a younger age. A hygienic manicure without gel or gel polish can be done at any age. I use only high-quality materials and adhere to the proper manicure techniques to minimize the risk of nail damage.

  Payment Methods

  Nail House accepts cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App and credit/debit cards. If you choose to pay with credit/debit card, you will be asked to pay Square Point of Sale fee of 4% from the total service charge.
